A MATERIAL TO MATCH YOUR AMBITIONS

Composite PREMIUM® material consists of 2/3 wood flour and recycled wood chips and 1/3 HDPE. This material has a natural resistance to UV and to the outside environment. It shows good mechanical properties and a long lasting colour over time.

Il se présente sous la forme de lames pleines pour la terrasse (évite la condensation stagnante proche du sol, se travaille facilement) et alvéolaires pour la clôture. Il présente de nombreux avantages et complète idéalement l’offre de bois massif en extérieur.
Composite PREMIUM® is designed for outside use. It takes the form of solid boards for decking (avoids condensation close to ground level and works easily) and honeycomb for fencing. It has various advantages and is an ideal complement to solid timber range for outside use.

Easy mintenance

BOARD COMPOSITION

Characteristics	Advantages
2/3 wood.	Attractive board, easy to work, warm appearance. Heat under bare feet equivalent to that of solid wood and less than that from composite boards that contain more polymers.
1/3 polyethylene.	Sustainably UV-resistant.
Solid board for decking. Hollow board for fencing; a lighter profile, suitable for vertical use.	No water pooling in the boards, contributes to the long life of the boards.. Worked in the same manner as solid wood.

RESISTANCE

Resistance to termites (EN 350-1/EN 318) and xylophagous fungi (N34/EN 318).	Board guaranteed for 20 years against structural damage due to attacks from fungi and insects..
Resistant to damp EN317 – 24 hours Swelling 0.4% – Weight gain 1.4%.	Consistent ageing of the boards, no risk of distortion.
Resistance to point loading (Brinellhardness: 59.6 MPa – very strong material).	Resistance equivalent to oak.
Euroclass fire test, classified Dfl-S1.	Equivalent to M3 class, relatively inflammable product.
CSTB slip resistance test in bare feet according to DIN 51097: C class	Slip resistant. Suitable for swimming pools. Splinter-free.
